3. Operation manual:
(1).fix the tool at the edge of the table with the screw fixing stand of following the figure.
(2) move the movable shaft handle back to the starting position with movable tool rest through polish rod, loosen the movable shaft handle.
(3) fasten the fruit between the fasteners of 8 and 9
(4)while swinging the handle (1), the fruit rolls,the movable tool rest (18) moves forward at the same time the U-shaped paring knife (17) peels the fruit. After that, we will get the perfect fruit without skin.
(5) loosen the butterfly shaped screw (15) and adjust the space betweeen the U-shaped paring knife and tongue part of movable tool rest (18) so as to change the thickness of peeled skin.
(6)adjusting the screw on the latter part of movable tool test (18) to adjust the space between the top of (18) and the fruit .
4.Matter needing attention:
(1) it's no need to fasten the fruit too tightly.
(2)please pay attention to the U- shaped paring knife avoiding hurting your hands.
(3) after using it, please clean it to prevent the fruit juice from corroding the tool.
